Returns & refunds:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any
reason we will be happy to exchange, issue a credit note or
refund the value of the product purchased provided it is returned
in the same packaging, unused and in the condition in which
it was received within 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable
to refund the cost of postage and until the return is received
by us it remains the purchaser’s responsibility. We
strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from
the post office (this is free).
Dimensions:
Large holder 55cm x 14cm
Small holder 55cm x 10cm
Towel 47cm x 67cm approx (this measurement allows for
approx 5% shrinkage after first wash)
Delivery:
We aim to despatch goods in stock within five working days
of receiving your order. If for any reason your goods are
not in stock we will notify you and let you know how long
they will take. This will normally mean a despatch time of
ten days from receipt of order.
Postage:
Postage is calculated as follows:
Order value of less than £50.00 p&p charge £3.95
Order value of more than £50.00 p&p charge £4.95
Payments:
Payments can be made by cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Switch
and by telephone, online or email.
